WWE Main Event 10/07/2013 - Results, Review and Analysis

WWE's Wednesday Night Main event that aired on 10/07/2013 kicked off from Hampton, VA with the feature of the show being Dolph Ziggler who was about to face one of the seven participants from the Sunday Night Pay Per View Ladder match 'Antonio Cesaro.'  The others involved in wrestling matches during the episode were The Great Khali, Tons of Funk, Heath Slater and Team Rhodes Scholars.  Read on for the complete WWE Main Event 10/07/2013 Results, along with the performance review of the matches and the analysis of the show.

The first match of the night involved "The Show Off" Dolph Ziggler facing off against Zeb Colter's newest addition 'Antonio Cesaro,' during the course of the match Ziggler faced a lot of interferences from Swagger and Colter but quickly got around it after which he planted a Zig Zag on Cesaro,  However that was not enough for him to win the match as he was pulled out of the ring by Swagger before the three count was completed.  Swagger held Ziggler in a patriot lock after which the match ended in a disqualification.
Wrestling

Post match, Ziggler managed to get out of the submission and kicked swagger into the ringside barricade.  He then rolled back into the ring and lifted cesaro and threw him over the top rope.

The next match was scheduled to be a 6 man tag team match between The Great Khali and Tons of Funk against Team Rhodes Scholars.   The match was eventually won the The Great Khali and Tons of Funk after Khali used his chop to pick up an easy victory for his team.
